Cancellation & Refunds

At Haqware, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds for eligible purchases made through our website haqware.in.


🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.
  • After Shipping:
    Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may opt for a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our return policy.
  • Custom Orders:
    Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom toolkits or printed apparel) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Approved Cancellations:
    If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Returns:
    Refunds for returned items will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • COD Orders:
    Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. We’ll request your payment details during the refund process.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • No refunds for downloadable software, digital products, or final-sale items.
  • Refunds may be denied if the returned product is damaged, used, or missing original components.
